- Carrier Liability: T-Mobile® and other participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Responsibilities

- Updating Contact Information: You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your mobile number and to update your account information accordingly. This ensures continued communication without interruption.

- No Mobile Number Provided: If a phone number is not provided, we may need to refer you to a local agent who can better assist you.

Service Modifications

By subscribing to or using our communication services, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to change or terminate these services at any time, with or without prior notice.

Charges for Communications

- Our Policy: Simple Care Life Insurance does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages.

- Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile service plan. For questions about your plan and any associated charges, please contact your mobile service provider.

Privacy and Compliance

- Information Confirmation: To remain compliant with insurance regulations, we may need to confirm your information with our insurance carriers. This confirmation may occur over the phone, via email, or through SMS/text messages.

- Regulatory Compliance: We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and current SMS communication standards.
